Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the service team, including technicians and customer support.
- Develop strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor service metrics to meet departmental objectives.
- Engage with suppliers, analyze defect rates, and manage spare part needs.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with technical teams for ongoing training of service technicians.
- Implement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce service times.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 3-5 years of service management experience in consumer electronics and home appliances.
- Familiarity with working in ERP environments and service-related system integrations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
