Job Description
Are you a dedicated problem-solver with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Service Desk Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.
Your main tasks will include resolving IT issues, troubleshooting software problems, and assisting users with hardware configurations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all support interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
