Job Description

We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via ITSM tool, email, and phone.
• Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that IT needs are met.
• Install software on new or existing devices, following standard procedures.
• Assist users in obtaining access to systems.
• Utilize and maintain knowledge bases, white papers, FAQs.

Required qualifications:

• HND in any IT Related field.
• Minimum 1 Year experience.
• Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).
• Willing to work on weekends if required.
• Living within 15KM radius from the mentioned location.

Location- Battaramulla (Hybrid)
