Job Description

Description of Service Desk Engineer

Salary Package: 80,00LKR – 90,00LKR

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, tickets, and chat messages from users.
  • Ensure user queries or issues are captured, validated, and triaged.
  • Provide support with technical queries via phone/remote.
  • Identify, investigate, and diagnose issues.
  • Follow the Incident Lifecycle as defined by processes.
  • Create and maintain KB articles.
  • Escalate incidents based on agreed process.
  • 24/7 support and rotational shifts.

Essential Skills:

  • ITIL certification a plus.
