Job Description
Service Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor service delivery processes, ensure compliance with SLAs, and present reports on performance to stakeholders.
Incident and Problem Management
Handle service-related incidents and problems, coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Maintain client relationships, understand needs, and communicate service performance regularly.
Process Improvement
Identify ways to enhance service delivery processes and implement changes for efficiency.
Service Transition and Change Management
Support the transition of new services, manage changes, and ensure smooth implementation.
Documentation and Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.
