Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and determine the purpose of their visit
- Address customer concerns about their vehicles and explain necessary repairs
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and find solutions
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Create detailed repair orders and explain recommended services
- Review and finalize repair orders before customer pickup
Requirements:
- Diploma in Automobile from a recognized institute
- Experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to explain technical information effectively with a sales-oriented approach
