Job Description
- Provide Level 2 support for GM, Risk, Market Data, Voice, and Imaging domains.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Avaya Unified Communication systems.
- Support Etrading platforms for smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests following defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex technical issues.
- Participate in the 24×7 on-call support rotation.
- Document support activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain proficiency in Avaya systems, Etrading platforms, and related tools.
- Provide mentorship to junior support engineers as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6-9 years of Level 3 support experience, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in Avaya Unified Communication systems and Etrading platforms.
- Skills in Java, SQL, Control M Server, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and more.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
