Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Training & Development HR Manager to strategize, implement, and assess training programs aimed at enhancing employee growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and oversee training programs aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead performance appraisal process integrated with employee development.
  • Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to team needs.
  • Measure training program effectiveness and make enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in training, development, and performance management.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and influence cross-functional teams.
