Job Description
Location: Rediscover Journeys Pvt Ltd
Target Markets: Scandinavian
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in inbound tour planning
- Skills in developing tour packages, costing, preparing quotations and itineraries, negotiating rates, manage bookings, handling invoices, payments, and issuing vouchers
- Fluent in business communication and proficient in computer applications
- 24/7 customer / agent support capability
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers and international agents
- Meeting sales targets
