Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tour Consultant at PERK Travels located in Deiwela. As a Senior Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and organizing travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also create customized itineraries, offer expert advice on travel destinations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the travel industry, particularly in tour consulting
- Extensive knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
