Key responsibilities include recruitment leadership, talent development, employer branding, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior positions, innovate sourcing strategies, and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Talent Management & Development: Design talent programs, drive performance management, and address talent needs.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance our brand, ensure a positive candidate journey, and represent the company at events.
