Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactive Talent Acquisition:
- Identify emerging talent needs and anticipate future vacancies.
- Develop and nurture candidate pipelines for qualified applicants.
- Utilize networking strategies to source top talent from diverse pools.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process from screening resumes to job offers.
- Conduct thorough reviews of candidate profiles efficiently.
- Onboarding:
- Oversee new hires’ integration into company culture.
- Establish comprehensive employee files and draft essential agreements.
- Monitor new employees’ progress through the probationary period.
- HR Systems Management:
- Maintain HRIS and ATS systems to support recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Proficient in ATS and HRIS software.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
- Passion for a positive company culture.
- IT industry experience is advantageous.
