Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise Applications.
- Prior experience in software production support, especially 3rd Line Application Support for large Web Applications.
- Experience with software support tools like ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Java server applications and web development using DoJo, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of Java technologies, RESTful APIs, and persistence frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong RDBMS knowledge (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to excel in an Agile environment.
- Effective communication with colleagues at various levels and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms, Azure.
- Experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker for cloud operations.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or jQuery.
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify Root Cause, and solve issues independently.
- Self-driven and proactive approach.
