Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Senior Support Engineer at InTalent Asia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud services, Share Point, Java, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, etc.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and operate software vendors that automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications and services.
- Collaborate with software engineers/vendors to design scalable, reliable, and high-performing services.
- Participate in designing and implementing new systems and system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and proactively identify issues.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks for code deployment and configuration management.
- Conduct post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
