Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies within the e-government sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key government clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Tendering and Procurement: Manage end-to-end tendering process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure successful sales execution.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in e-government leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of e-government solutions and procurement processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
