Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve the occupancy and room revenue targets.
- Maintain good rapport with travel agents, tour operators, and corporates demonstrating high networking skills.
- Manage inquiries and provide feedback related to inquiries.
- Foster long-term relationships ensuring excellent customer service.
- Deliver presentations and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Conduct market research to find potential clients and new business prospects.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Team player with an outgoing personality.
- Qualified in CIM or SLIM is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
