Role Description:

This full-time on-site role in Colombo involves overseeing recruitment processes, identifying talent needs, developing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition expertise
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certifications in HR management are a plus
• Minimum 5+ years in an HR Management role
