Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Partnering with clients to understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Ensuring all hiring guidelines are as per Quess or the client’s hiring policy.
- Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on established criteria.
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with team leaders or direct supervisors.
- Managing the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends in recruitment and employment practices.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Education and Certification Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of mid to senior level recruiting is required; with specialty in recruiting for technology roles in the APAC market is highly desired. A combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated capability in managing the full cycle recruiting process to include marketing a position, candidate interviewing and assessment and offer process.
- Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to include name generation and cold calling.
- Very strong collaboration and relationship rapport building skills are required.
- Very strong communication skills (both oral and written) are a must.
