Job Description
● Attend meetings with Clients and Consultants.
● Prepare cost estimates, cost plans and set budgets for projects.
● To come up with potential Value Engineering options to Clients.
● Contract advice to Clients on form of contract utilized.
● Coordinate tender process for the various packages.
● Conduct commercial tender review together with Clients / Project managers.
● Conduct site visits as needed for monthly valuations and assessments of variations.
● Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports for the project team and stakeholders.
● Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for updating pricing.
● Assist in the preparation of final accounts and claims for payment.
● Manage internal team including coordination with Directors / Associate Directors and management of Assistant Qss.
● Coordinate with the site construction team and Engineering department to finalize and certify the actual physical work done at site to facilitate subcontractor payments.
