Role Description
This full-time position is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Colombo. Responsibilities include cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, and collaboration with project stakeholders.
Duties
- Manage post-contract division operations.
- Undertake cost analysis and resource optimization.
- Ensure progress measurements are accurate and timely.
- Liaise with various parties for project certification.
- Ensure department activities comply with EHS policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in the aluminum industry.
- Familiarity with ICTAD conditions of contract.
- Willingness to work at various site locations.
