Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for software testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
- Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback for issue resolution.
- Evaluate and improve QA processes for high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior QA engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- X+ years of software quality assurance experience.
- Proven experience in test plan development for web and mobile apps.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, QA processes, and automated tools.
- Skills in Selenium, Appium, Python, Java, and REST API testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
