Senior Project Manager
Job Scope
Plan, schedule, organize, and control all project activities to ensure execution within budget, timeframe, and quality standards.
Main Duties
- Obtain approvals, instructions from Engineer/Employer
- Prepare project documentation, obtain approvals
- Organize resources, implement project activities
- Liaise with parties, submit reports
- Review work method statements, payment applications
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Membership
Chartered Engineer
Experience required
30 years total experience with 25 years in building construction
Work Location
Sri Lanka, Kandy
Contract Period
3 years

1 month paid leave per annum
