Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager at EchonLabs in Battaramulla, with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include expediting project timelines, managing inspections, logistics, and overseeing daily project management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute complex tech projects from start to finish, aligning with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies.
- Oversee project budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, or related fields.
- 3+ years of tech project management experience.
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
