Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Accurate and timely entry of daily production information into the SAP system.
- Conduct monthly stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure reconciliation of materials used in production.
- Monitor and enhance manpower productivity in the production process.
- Ensure the quality of production meets specified standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure machine availability and functionality.
- Liaise with the stores department for material receipt and finished goods issuance.
- Prioritize and enforce worker safety measures during duty hours.
- Ensure compliance with ISO: 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and ISO: 14001 (Environmental Management).
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognized university in Sri Lanka or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience, prefer experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient in SAP system operations.
- Experience in handling and leading production teams.
