Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager specializing in Microsoft solutions at Connex Sri Lanka. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our esteemed resellers and driving business growth. You will advocate for Microsoft technologies, address resellers’ customer needs, and educate on the latest trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize to achieve sales targets.
- Expand market and sales growth.
- Increase revenue contributions from partners.
- Drive partner awareness and profitability.
- Monitor prices and new product launches.
- Visit partners/customers for new collaborations.
- Follow up on leads and partner/customer-related matters.
- Engage with reseller partners regularly.
- Address partner/customer complaints.
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Follow up on partner dues and coordinate with finance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, postgraduate, or degree in sales management.
- 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Preferably from the software/IT industry.
- Experience in Microsoft solution selling.
