Job Description
Responsibilities
- Increase and monetize the mCash B2B market segment.
- Lead the development of innovative product concepts, oversee technical integration, and drive promotional strategies.
- Streamline the development process to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.
- Develop plans to ensure product success in the market by analyzing market data and improving financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in fintech product management.
- Proficiency in internet applications, MS Office, and business analytics.
- Analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
