Job Description
SENIOR EXECUTIVE – PROCUREMENT
Job Accountabilities:
- Arrange supplies, surveys, & services of tugs, manage drydocking CAPEXs
- Discuss pending requirements with ship superintendent, maintain good relationship with ship management department
- Perform inventory counts, update Vendor Master list, resolve supplier disputes
- Inform finance teams on accruals, work on main audit tasks
- Evaluate supplier performance, follow up on payments
- Work on strategic procurement goals to save costs
