Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – Procurement (Hotel & Restaurant). As a Senior Executive – Procurement, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for hotel and restaurant supplies, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies and contribute to cost savings initiatives.
Qualifications
- Communication, Sales, and Hospitality skills
- Budgeting and Team Management skills
- Experience in procurement processes within the hotel and restaurant industry
- Ability to negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management) is a plus
