Job Description

Empower transformation by leading change at MAS. Responsibilities include daily planning for knitting and post-knitting to meet customer delivery needs, analyzing deviations, and ensuring smooth product transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily plans for knitting and production
- Review production against plan and address deviations
- Participate in delivery meetings and resolve issues
- Monitor in-house status and communicate delays
- Prepare pre-production meeting schedule
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Science or equivalent
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar roles
- Good communication and analytical skills
- People management skills
