Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll processing and management
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Manufacturing Field is a must
- Experience in a BOI Company will be an added advantage
- Be a performance-oriented team player
