Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Parliamentary and Governance Specialist to join our team at USAID Sri Lanka Transparent & Accountable Governance program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in parliamentary processes, governance, and transparency initiatives.
Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance to enhance parliamentary effectiveness, supporting governance reforms, and fostering transparency and accountability in Sri Lanka.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in collaborating with government officials, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to promote good governance practices.
- Minimum qualifications:
- – Master’s degree in public policy, political science, international development, or a related field.
- – At least 7 years of professional experience in governance, parliamentary strengthening, or related areas.
- – Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
