Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement Operations Strategy in line with the organizational business strategy.
- Participate and provide critical inputs for the long term business planning process.
- Review, monitor and take appropriate corrective action for ensuring effective implementation of operation strategies and tactics.
- Establish and maintain international best practices in lubricant manufacturing.
- Identify training & education requirements of the teams and make systematic development plans.
Qualifications:
- BSC Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
- MBA preferably in Management of Technology or Operations.
- 15+ years’ experience in large manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge in Operations Management, Engineering, and Cost Management.
