This pivotal role will focus on driving growth, operational efficiency, and capacity optimization efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource capacity and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable growth and operational improvements.
- Report to the CEO with strategic insights for operational enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in senior operations management with success in capacity planning and process optimization.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
- Knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
