Job Description
Senior Marketing Manager at Cipla
Job Purpose
Design and drive the promotional strategy across marketing activities such as developing promotional material and arranging for conferences for South Asia and Greater China Region to increase effectiveness of marketing and thereby Cipla’s brand visibility across these regions.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and drive implementation of promotional strategies for respiratory and non-respiratory products to enhance Cipla’s brand perception and product reach.
Drive and conduct various marketing events and campaigns to support the promotional strategy, and measure their effectiveness by continuous tracking.
Design and conduct training sessions across countries, to equip the front end medical team with better tools and knowledge on field and achieve higher revenue targets.
Develop and review promotional material required to support the marketing activities.
Build KOL relationships across countries to influence the sales of Cipla products.
