Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the target audience
- Analyze marketing trends and manage inquiries efficiently
- Engage with the sales team and coordinate student activities
- Organize events and brand activations
- Manage budgets and liaise with suppliers effectively
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication in English and Sinhala
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, CIM/SLIM Qualification preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role and industry advantageous
