Job Description
Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, conducting comprehensive market research, supporting customer relationship management efforts, and actively contributing to promotional activities. The primary purpose of this role is to drive business growth by providing strategic support and executing key initiatives that enhance sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and promote our agricultural products in the market
Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in developing and executing sales strategies for agricultural products to achieve targets.
- Research market trends.
- Reach out to existing and potential clients using multiple channels.
- Manage social media platforms for engagement.
- Create persuasive proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts, and reports.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients.
- Develop annual and monthly marketing plans
- Assist in administrative work with the project team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably within an export company. (To market agricultural products in Sri Lanka and overseas)
Fluent in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
Knowledge in developing marketing collateral.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
