Job Description
DESIGNATION: SENIOR MANAGER – WHOLESALE CHANNEL OPERATION
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational results and increase market share across all channels.
- Provide daily sales updates to Higher Management.
- Set high standards of leadership and instill teamwork and loyalty.
- Attract, train, coach, and discipline sales staff.
- Conduct field visits to assess market dynamics.
- Ensure Sales and Territory Managers follow approved route plans.
- Monitor sales targets daily and take corrective actions.
- Focus on timely debt collection and market outstanding.
- Implement Company Performance Management System.
- Commit to cost-saving measures and staff engagement.
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years in wholesale operations, with 3-5 years in senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using KPIs for performance.
- Experience working with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Ability to develop long-term operational strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills and handling operational challenges.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM systems, and logistics software.
