Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced talent development professional to join our client’s Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development programs that align with our strategic goals and drive employee engagement and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent development strategies to support organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify talent gaps and create solutions to bridge them.
- Manage and mentor a team of talent development professionals.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of talent development programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning and development throughout the organization.
- Conduct employee focus group discussions to complement engagement surveys.
- Design, deploy end evaluate effective and efficient employee engagement strategies and surveys the bank.
- Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent development, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Possess a degree or Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles, learning theories, and instructional design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management system.
