Job Description
The individual in this role will be tasked with overseeing the following responsibilities in our Credit Management Team.
- Administer recovery of NPA’s and contribute towards achieving bank’s targeted bottom line via recoveries and managing the impairment.
- Attending courts and leading evidence on behalf of the Bank.
- Submission of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly reports to management.
- To comply with legal requirements, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines of the bank and other regulatory bodies.
- Disposal of acquired properties.
- To foster communication and teamwork.

- General Banking Knowledge.
- Good understanding of Special Asset Management policy and process guidelines.
- Analytical Skills.
- Understanding credit procedures and guidelines.
- Negotiation skills in lending and recovery/Interpersonal relations.
- Ability to compile and interpret reports.
- Computer Literacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years’ working experience with hands-on experience in Lending, Recoveries, Risk Management functions, out of the total experience minimum 5 years at the managerial level.
OR
- Minimum of 8 years’ working experience with hands-on experience in Lending, Recoveries, Risk Management functions, out of the total experience minimum 5 years at the managerial level.
- A Degree from a recognized University or a Professional Qualification.
