Job Description
What You Will Do :
- Develop and manage sales operations & Processes across multiple direct sales teams & business partners around the country, targeting channel profitability.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company to provide strategic direction to facilitate business development of the assigned direct channels and identify new channel opportunities.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a set of experienced channel heads and business partners.
What We Are Looking For :
- Good understanding of the overall Telecom industry and or specific sub-verticals.
- Ability to collaborate and work with large teams.
- Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing from reputed institution, preferably from SLIM/CIM.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ of experience in a Management grade position, managing direct sales staff and business partners related to Telco, FMCG field with overall 10 years of sales exposure.
- Should be able to demonstrate high level of integrity & intellectual capacity, ability to train junior staff and their administration.
The above position will directly report to the General Manager Sales, managing a team of heads handling multiple direct channels.
