Job Description
Our client, Uconnect, is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Senior Manager- Retail Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and driving retail sales operations to ensure growth in market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retail sales operations, developing strategic sales plans across retail channels.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, analyze market trends, and drive salesforce performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales efforts and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales management, strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, drive results, and ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
- 8+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within FMCG.
