Responsibilities:
- Direct and monitor retail sales operations to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business within retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Coach, motivate, and manage the retail sales team to deliver optimum performance.

Qualifications:
