Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve 100% of Set Targets: Ensure full sales, turnover, and operational target attainment to drive market share growth.
- Daily Sales Updates: Provide regular sales performance updates to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Leadership and Team Motivation: Foster teamwork, enthusiasm, and loyalty within the retail sales team by setting high leadership standards.
- Sales Staff Development: Recruit, train, coach, and manage retail staff for improved operational efficiency and performance.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Monitor Store Operations: Ensure adherence to store operation standards, including visual merchandising and customer service excellence.
- Sales Target Monitoring: Continuously monitor and address performance gaps in retail sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee optimal stock availability, manage turnover, and reduce excess inventory.
