Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust business planning process with cross functional linkages.
- Lead the Rolling forecast process ensuring accuracy and supporting decision making.
- Timely submission of results to senior leadership and board of directors.
- Build strong business analytics, modeling, and planning capability.
- Identify key concerns and provide insights to management.
- Obtain Board approvals for capex budgets and manage spend approval processes.
- Ensure due diligence on all investments and support pricing strategies.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in a relevant field.
- Degree in Finance/Business/Engineering, CIMA or ACCA, and MBA.
- Strong communication, leadership, and financial reporting skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent presentation and team management abilities.
