Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive key user growth metrics.
- Craft and execute the brand strategy to achieve the company’s vision.
- Understand the target audience profile, establish brand positioning, corporate ID, and improve brand visibility.
- Analyze, review, and evaluate marketing campaign performance to align with growth KPIs.
- Manage communications across all channels for consistent branding.
- Align business targets and develop GTM strategies for products and launches.
- Manage social media presence and enhance engagement across platforms.
- Familiarity with CBSL regulations for marketing in Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
