Our client, a premier real estate development and investment holding company, is seeking a dynamic Mall Operations Manager for a shopping destination in Colombo 06. Responsible for ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and profitability, the role oversees operations, tenant management, vendor coordination, maintenance, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management including overseeing daily operations and coordinating with service providers.
- Tenant Management to build strong relationships and ensure lease agreement adherence.
- Vendor & Contractor Management to monitor performance and compliance.
- Maintenance & Facility Coordination for routine inspections and repairs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Skills in budgeting, vendor management, and facility operations.
