Position: Senior Manager
Leading Group of Tea Exporting Group of Company
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of the Tea Division
- Overall responsibility of the Tea Room
- Accountable and responsible to the Tea Director for managing both Executives and Clerical staff
- Responsible for achieving set targets of the Tea Division
- Weekly stock figures/ monitoring teas above 150 days
- New Business Opportunities/ Markets
- Grading/ Tasting/ Allocations – Ex-estate
- Accountable to overlook Purchasing Division
- Accountable to overlook all Factory functions
- To ensure training and development of second tier of the Tea Department
Total Package: LKR 700,00/- – LKR 900,00/- (Negotiable)
