Job Description
We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Manager IT Operations for a prestigious FMCG company in Colombo. As the Senior Manager, you will oversee IT operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, supporting business objectives, and driving process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Operations team, provide direction, and support.
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations.
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
- Develop IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with departments for IT solutions.
- Manage IT projects and budgets.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Master’s preferred.
