Job Description

We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Manager IT Operations for a prestigious FMCG company in Colombo. As the Senior Manager, you will oversee IT operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, supporting business objectives, and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Operations team, provide direction, and support.
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Develop IT policies and procedures.
