Senior Manager Internal Audit
Our client is one of the leading Insurance companies located in Colombo.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help identify key risks at the local level for each entity considering the relevant strategies and business environment.
- Play a key role in the development of the annual audit plan.
- Plan, lead, and execute audits, and evaluate the adequacy of controls.
- Monitor audit plans, schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Review or prepare audit reports and lead discussions on remedial action plans.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum ten years of internal/external audit experience.
- Relevant professional qualification.
- Strong understanding of industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in risk management and knowledge of audit tools.
- Good command of both oral and written English.
- Good team player committed to achieving results.
