- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or a related field.

- Work Ethic: Ability to perform under pressure and flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency, with an in-depth understanding of shipping documents, ICs, and Incoterms.
